LTCG Industry Experts Represented at Long Term Care Insurance Summit II

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn.–September 3, 2014–LTCG, the recognized leader in business process outsourcing for long term care insurance, announced that several of its industry experts will participate in the second Long Term Care Insurance Summit on Sept. 4-5 in Chicago. The conference is a forum to discuss new ideas and critical issues facing the long term care industry.

LTCG speakers are Chief Medical Officer Dr. Stephen Holland, Compliance Director, Privacy Officer Jane Brue and Vice President of Clinical Services Angie Forsell. Dr. Holland, a recognized specialist in risk management and geriatrics, will discuss the role of genetic testing in risk management underwriting and claims. Brue, who has over 20 years of experience in insurance regulation, will present on data privacy, security risk and litigation management, using case studies to demonstrate risk mitigation strategies. Forsell, a 35-year veteran of claims and care management, will address the rising costs of long term care coverage and demonstrate how more diligent claims processing could affect the costs carriers pay to provide coverage. All three are experts in their respective fields and are frequent speakers at industry events. Additionally, industry expert Eileen Tell, LTCG’s Senior Vice President, was a member of the organizing committee for the 2014 Summit, as well as for the first Summit.

Since the last Long Term Care Insurance Summit 10 years ago, the long term care industry faces new regulatory, legislative and legal challenges.
