Mourey brings over 25 years of leadership and operations experience to LTCG, including executive roles at Fortune 500 insurers, financial services providers and consulting firms. His new role is well-suited given his most recent position as head of long term care operations for client engagement and service delivery at Capgemini. Mourey also led customer experience, operations and distribution divisions at Lincoln Financial, MassMutual, Principal Financial and The Hartford, driving measurable growth through strategic client engagement and operational leadership.
