LTCG Appoints Richard Mourey to New Client Engagement Leadership Role

The addition of this seasoned executive will further enhance the company’s service offerings for its insurance industry clients.

December 3, 2019 – LTCG, the leading business process outsourcing organization for long term care insurance, is pleased to welcome Richard Mourey to the Client Engagement department. Mourey will provide additional oversight for LTCG’s account management function, strengthening overall service and creating a premier experience for its clients.

Mourey brings over 25 years of leadership and operations experience to LTCG, including executive roles at Fortune 500 insurers, financial services providers and consulting firms. His new role is well-suited given his most recent position as head of long term care operations for client engagement and service delivery at Capgemini. Mourey also led customer experience, operations and distribution divisions at Lincoln Financial, MassMutual, Principal Financial and The Hartford, driving measurable growth through strategic client engagement and operational leadership.

“As LTCG continues to grow, our clients directly benefit from the addition of industry leaders with a deep understanding of long term care insurance,” said LTCG’s CEO Peter Goldstein. “Rick brings the ideal skillset to advance our organization’s progress, from his years of third-party administration and operations experience to his customer engagement background.”

Mourey will help LTCG heighten its exemplary service for clients, which include all of the top 10 long term care insurers.

“LTCG’s mission aligns closely with my own passion and expertise as well as my professional goals,” according to Mourey. “I’m excited about the opportunity to join a company so well-positioned in the industry, while also enhancing service for these leading insurers.”
