A national insurance administration company plans to expand hiring in Western Nebraska

LTCG will host career fair on May 2nd to recruit skilled customer service professionals.

April 28, 2017 – LTCG, a leading administration company for long term care and life insurance companies, is looking to recruit customer service staff members in Sidney and the surrounding areas to complement its existing nationwide workforce. The company is looking to recruit at least 20-30 customer service positions, full-time and part-time, to serve in telecommute (work-from-home) roles. These individuals will receive extensive training to assist them in performing tasks ranging from telephonic interviews to customer support for insurance companies and the individuals they serve.

LTCG is partnering with the Nebraska Department of Labor and city officials to identify ways to effectively recruit individuals in the community. The company will be hosting a career fair in Sidney on Tuesday, May 2nd. The career fair will take place at the Western Nebraska Community College, Sidney Campus, 371 College Drive, Sidney, Nebraska, 69162, from 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

“Given the nature of our large telecommuting workforce, LTCG has the opportunity to recruit within local communities that have skilled workers,” said Paul Riester, Human Resources Vice President, LTCG. “This is a win-win for the community, for LTCG and for the workers who will benefit from our extensive training program and competitive compensation and benefits package.”

To inquire about these open positions, potential applicants should visit LTCG’s career webpage where they can find additional information about how to apply as well as the upcoming career fair.
