Eden Prairie, Minnesota
LTCG’s corporate headquarters are located just outside of Minneapolis and houses our Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Information Officer. The services handled at this facility include underwriting, claims & care management and policy owner services. In addition our extensive IT staff and Data Center are located in this facility.
El Segundo , California
El Segundo is home to our Executive Office. The President of LTCG is located there.
Woodbury, Minnesota
LTCG’s primary Twin Cities operations center handles all of the mail room functions, application processing, and our call center.
Maitland (Orlando), Florida
This operations center is dedicated to servicing specific group customers. The office handles full LTC administration from application processing to paying claims and providing care management services.
Natick (Boston), Massachusetts
Our compliance/consulting division is located in our Natick office. There, we design long term care products; monitor and report on state and federal LTC regulations, file policies with state insurance departments; and conduct market research. The office is also home to LTCG's medical director.
Nashville, Tennessee
This location manages a large block of individual long term care policies for a specific client. This operations center also provides our full range of services.
Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Our actuarial department and Chief Actuary reside in this office.
