Bruce Baude, Chief Executive Officer, joined Long Term Care Group in 2005 and brings more than 20 years of experience in information technology and operations with an extensive background in delivering outsourcing services to the financial services industry. Prior to joining LTCG, Mr. Baude was President and CEO of ProCard, a subsidiary of TSYS, which provides technology outsourcing services to banks. He also served in several executive IT and operations management positions over eight years at Bank One Corporation, including chief executive of its credit card processing subsidiary. He obtained a B.S. in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science from the University of Colorado and spent the early part of his career in various roles with IBM.
Peter Goldstein
Peter Goldstein, President, is one of the co-founders of Long Term Care Group and has been involved in all aspects of the business since its inception. Mr. Goldstein is directly responsible for overseeing LTCG's business development activities, client management, and the geriatric care management business. As LTCG's face to the industry, he is a frequent speaker at conferences, published numerous articles and has been interviewed by Business Week, Best Review, LTC News and Comment and LTC Sales Strategy magazine. He is the past President of the InterCompany Marketing Group (2006), an insurance industry trade association and a former Board member of LTC Financial Partners, an LTC distribution company. Peter is a graduate of Lehigh University.
Paul Kay
Paul Kay, Chief Information Officer, joined Long Term Care Group in 2008. Mr. Kay brings over 20 years of Information Systems and Operations management experience. Mr. Kay has served in senior IT Management positions at several companies including International Harvester, General Mills, CVN Companies, Carlson Travel Group, Med Power, and MoneyGram. For the past 14 years, Mr. Kay ran an international consulting practice which provided IT and operational professional services globally to the Entertainment, Distribution, and Financial Services industries. Mr. Kay has extensive international business experience in Asia, Europe, North America, Oceania and the Middle East. Mr. Kay has a B.A. in mathematics from Lawrence University and a M.S. in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University.
Jeffrey J. Sjobeck
Jeff Sjobeck, Chief Financial Officer, joined Long Term Care Group in 2006 and has more than 20 years of financial management experience in various industries including third-party administration and professional services. Prior to joining LTCG, Mr. Sjobeck was Chief Financial Officer of Fiserv Inc.’s Health Group, a provider of health plan management, claims processing, administration, care management and pharmacy benefit management services for self-funded plan sponsors. After obtaining his B.S. in accounting from St. Cloud State University and his CPA license, he spent the early part of his career in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Ted Duley
Ted Duley, Senior Vice President-Northern Operations, joined Long Term Care Group in 2003. Mr. Duley began his career as an underwriter and has more than 30 years of extensive insurance carrier experience with over 20 years of carrier management experience in underwriting, new business development, field marketing and significant time in operations in both branch and home office settings. Mr. Duley was Vice President of New Business and Underwriting at American Republic Insurance Company. Throughout the preceding 27 years, Mr. Duley held a number of management positions with CIGNA. Mr. Duley is a Certified Insurance Counselor. He received his Six Sigma training from Villanova University and formal education from Austin Peay University.
Peggy Hauser
Peggy Hauser, Senior Vice President, Actuarial Services, joined Long Term Care Group in June 1998. Ms. Hauser provides actuarial support including product development, pricing, financial reporting, experience monitoring and analysis, and financial projections. The actuarial staff works closely with LTCG's medical director in analyzing LTCG's administrative experience to monitor and enhance underwriting and claim protocols. Prior to joining LTCG, Ms. Hauser was a Principal at Milliman & Robertson, Inc. where her area of expertise was long-term care. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. Ms. Hauser is a frequent industry speaker and is active on several Society of Actuaries committees.
Stephen K. Holland, M.D.
Stephen Holland, Senior Vice President and Medical Director of the Long Term Care Group since its inception in 1990, is the lead author of LTCG’s Guide to Long Term Care Underwriting, which is now in its sixth edition and licensed internationally. He is responsible for the design and development of the Company’s long-term care underwriting criteria and protocols benefit determination standards and claims/care management criteria and technologies. Long Term Care Group’s Underwriting Standards are recognized and accepted as an industry standard by leading LTCI insurers and reinsurers throughout the world. In addition, Dr. Holland has performed a number of Best Practice Claims, Underwriting Audits, and Underwriting Criteria review projects for several of the country’s largest LTCI carriers and was selected by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management to review and critique the Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program’s Underwriting Standards. In addition, he was the Medical Director of LifePlans, Inc. from 1988-1990.
Lane Kent, Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing joined Long Term Care Group in March of 2006. In this capacity, Mr. Kent is responsible for the management of enterprise wide client relationships,
business development and marketing activities. Prior to joining LTCG, Mr. Kent spent five years as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the Long Term Care Division of New York Life Insurance Company in
Austin, Texas.
Mr. Kent began his insurance career with Mutual of Omaha where he spent nine years in a range of capacities - ultimately as First Vice President in charge of Health Brokerage Sales, which
included Long Term Care, Medicare Supplements, Disability Income, Critical Illness, and Major Medical policies. Mr. Kent is a highly regarded speaker, industry advocate and activist, educator, and
student of the business having obtained the LTCP, CLTC and HIA designations. Mr. Kent is a member of the LTC subcommittee of America’s Health Insurance Plans.
Eileen Tell
Eileen J. Tell is Senior Vice President for Product Development and Analytic Services with Long Term Care Group. She has played a key role in the design and implementation of “Own Your Future,” a LTC Consumer Awareness Campaign funded by the US Department of Health and Human Services in collaboration with the National Governors Association. Ms. Tell has also been instrumental in the development of the National Clearinghouse for Long Term Care Information’s new website www.longtermcare.gov. She also helped develop and is currently updating materials for a national training of SHIP agencies and has conducted four national “Train the Trainers” sessions and convenes state-specific SHIP trainings in Vermont, Minnesota and Virginia.
Ms. Tell is responsible for product design, compliance, market trends, competitive and regulatory analysis. She has designed competitively-priced, comprehensive insurance programs for insurers, affinity groups, HMOs, and retirement communities.
Mark Weber, Senior Vice President - Central and Southern Operations, joined Long Term Care Group in 2006. Mr. Weber has over 23 years of operational management experience in the insurance industry with extensive experience in managing Life and Long Term Care operations in the areas of new business development, customer service, and claim administration. Mr. Weber was most recently Vice President of Individual LTC Operations at CNA Insurance Company. His current responsibilities include leading LTCG’s Central and Southern Operations - which is comprised of offices in Carmel, Indiana; Maitland, Florida; and Nashville, Tennessee. Mr. Weber received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee.
Chad Bellin
Chad Bellin, Vice President of Central Operations, joined Long Term Care Group in 2004 and brings more than ten years of experience in operations, with an extensive background in process
management. Prior to joining LTCG, Mr. Bellin was responsible for managing a retail operation for the Target Corporation. Mr. Bellin obtained a B.S. in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire.
Doug Foote
Doug Foote, Vice President, Planning and Strategy, joined LTCG in 2002 and has been in the IT, Project Management, Process Management, and Business Operations fields for 16 years. Mr. Foote originally joined LTCG as PMO
Director then broadened his base as a Vice President within Northern Operations. He has had the unique opportunity to work in both the IT and Business Operations areas, allowing him to acquire enterprise knowledge of the many aspects of Long Term Care Group’s
business.
Mr. Foote’s responsibilities include Corporate Planning, Strategy Management, Project Assurance, as well as leading other Strategic Project Efforts. Prior to joining LTCG, Mr. Foote consulted for several years in Project Management Office Director, Project Management, and
software development roles in commercial, state, and federal markets. He received a double BS in Computer Science and Mathematics with a minor in Communications from Vanderbilt University and is PMP, LTCP, Six Sigma Black Belt, HIPAA, EMT, and RUP certified.
Colleen Haberman
Colleen Haberman, VP of Human Resources, joined Long Term Care Group in 2007 and brings more than 20 years of Human Resources leadership experience as well as an extensive background in the integration of people and management systems. After spending the early part of her career in the mortgage services industry, Ms. Haberman moved into the health care space, working extended periods as Vice President of Human Resources for both Express Scripts, then BioScrip. Prior to joining LTCG, Ms. Haberman led the Human Resources function for MDI, an organization that provides employment and growth opportunities for people with disabilities. Ms. Haberman received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
Kelly Jo Lundgren
Kelly Jo Lundgren has rejoined Nation’s CareLink as Vice President and General Manager of this LTCG Business Unit, which processes all of the LTCG Claims and Underwriting Assessment Services. From 2006 to June of 2008 Ms. Lundgren was Director of Medical Management Services in LTCG Geriatric Care Services Business. Prior to her assignment in Geriatric Care Services, Ms. Lundgren was the Vice President and Director of Clinical Services and Quality Assurance, including overseeing the claims care coordination team at Nation’s CareLink since 1999. In addition, Ms. Lundgren was the Cognitive Specialist for Nation’s CareLink. Her past clinical experience includes working for a large home care company as a public health nurse with an emphasis on geriatric case management and leadership of assisted living and Alzheimer’s/Dementia care facilities. Ms. Lundgren obtained a B.A. degree from Gustavus Adolphus College.

Steve Mosow
Steve Mosow joined Long Term Care Group in May, 2005 as Senior Director, Drug Resource Center/Geriatric Care Management Program. Mr. Mosow previously held a number of director positions at UnitedHealth Group. He is the former Executive Director of Health Futures Institute, a Minneapolis-based research and program development organization, and served as Vice-Chair of MedCenters Health Plan Board and Board Chair of HealthPartners Health Plan. Mr. Mosow has worked in state and local government where he led health planning and policy development and was responsible for the enactment of several pieces of legislation. He completed his B.A. in Psychology and History at the University of Minnesota and obtained his Masters of Public Health, Health Administration, at the University of Hawaii-Honolulu.
Jo Berger, M.D.
Jo Berger joined Long Term Care Group in October, 2005 as the Medical Director of Medical Management Services. Prior to joining LTCG, Dr. Berger worked as a primary care physician in internal medicine for 26 years. She had a large geriatric patient population and served as Medical Director of a long term care facility. Dr. Berger received her B.S. and M.D. degrees from the University of Minnesota.
